This Guy SUCKS

I see this kid just about everyday in his black GT-R and he uses a red handicap pass all the time he parks in front of his language school which is a couple of buildings down from where I work. This kid is SO FAR from being handicap. I'm going to break his legs and then he'll really be handicap and never again drive his GTR.
