Phantom Menace Review: Best Movie Review EVER

I'm a fan of the original Star Wars movies, but the Episodes 1, 2, & 3 do suck and they are the worst movies ever. Someone made a movie review of the Phantom Menace and explains why it sucks. This is by far the best movie review EVER!

Why!?!

Seriously this totally defeats the purpose of the Prius.

Weekend Wrap Up

Friday drinks!!!!!!

Friday started night started out with watching Banksy's Exit Through The Gift Shop which was very interesting. First off the Film is not a documentary on Banksy, but about a guy named Thierry Guetta who started filming street artist and then later started going street art. What's funny was how he came up and exploited street art and made a killing off it even though he wasn't a real street artist. I consider him more of a poser. After the show, we ended it with some Umami Burger.

Saturday was kinda started out as whatever. I got a chance to see my car, but no pictures this time. Later that evening My friend Jon and I went to TFA MMA caged fight that one of my Rocky friend's was in. Rocky was the 8th match on the line up so were able to see some pretty bad bad fight and also some good ones. Rocky's turn came up and he ended up winning his match in 23 seconds by TKO. It was such an amazing event and to see our friend win really made it special.

After the event I headed over to the Gumball 3000 kick off party in Hollywood and meet up with a few friend's and then later I bounced to another spot which was dead.

Sunday was cool because I picked some Dinah's chicken for lunch and headed to the Dodger game with my friend Mike, his friend, and Gladys. Since Gladys is a Giants fan only when the play the Dodger's she roots for them. Too bad the Giants lost hahahahaha. The Dodger's pulled off an amazing win when they substituted a player and brought in Manny. Manny hit a home run for a 2 run win. In all it was an ok weekend...

iPhone 4G Exposed

Gizmodo some how found a 4G iphone in a bar in Richmond. Here are some pics of what's coming out in June/July of this year.

In this pic looks like a possible camera for video chat

more hi res pic here at Gizmodo

What's new

• Front-facing video chat camera
• Improved regular back-camera (the lens is quite noticeably larger than the iPhone 3GS)
• Camera flash
• Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)
• Improved display. It's unclear if it's the 960x640 display thrown around before—it certainly looks like it, with the "Connect to iTunes" screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS.
• What looks to be a secondary mic for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack
• Split buttons for volume
• Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic

What's changed

• The back is entirely flat, made of either glass (more likely) or ceramic or shiny plastic in order for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more hollow and higher pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound
• An aluminum border going completely around the outside
• Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but seemingly higher resolution)
• Everything is more squared off
• 3 grams heavier
• 16% Larger battery
• Internals components are shrunken, miniaturized and reduced to make room for the larger battery

Micmacs

From the director that gave us The City of Lost Children and Amelie, Jean-Pierre Jeunet gives us Micmacs. I'm a big fan of his work and the actors that he cast in his films. If you haven't seen any of he's films, please do so, you won't be disappointed at all.
Synopses:
"First it was a mine that exploded in the middle of the Moroccan desert. Years later, it was a stray bullet that lodged in his brain... Bazil doesn't have much luck with weapons. The first made him an orphan, the second holds him on the brink of sudden, instant death. Released from the hospital after his accident, Bazil is homeless. Luckily, our inspired and gentle—natured dreamer is quickly taken in by a motley crew of junkyard dealers living in a veritable Ali Baba's cave. The group’s talents and aspirations are as surprising as they are diverse: Remington, Calculator, Buster, Slammer, Elastic Girl, Tiny Pete and Mama Chow. Then one day, walking by two huge buildings, Bazil recognizes the logos of the weapons manufacturers that caused all of his misfortune. He sets out to take revenge, with the help of his faithful gang of wacky friends. Underdogs battling heartless industrial giants, our gang relive the battle of David and Goliath, with all the imagination and fantasy of Buster Keaton... " -Apple

Oh Shit Twitter Fight!

If you're on twitter than I'm sure you've had a twitter fight or two. I know I have but this is FUCKING classic. HAHAHAHAHA enjoy

Ice-T to Aimee Mann: 'Eat a Hot Bowl of Dicks'

Rule #1: Do not get in a Twitter fight with the man who invented the phrase "original gangsta." You may think you hold an advantage in a war of words. You are wrong.

Rule #2: Do not get in a Twitter fight with a person whose followers consider themselves an organized army, as Ice-T's Final Level Twitter Gang does. (see also: Tila's Army, Stan Lee's Brigadiers) The army will harass you. The leader's aggressiveness will kind of freak you out.

Rule #3: Don't dish it if you can't take it.

Rule #4: Ice-T will win. He always wins. He will end you and then he will catch your rapist and the music will go dun-dun! and Law will be followed by Order. He will go home to his impossibly curvy glamorpuss wife Coco and run his fingers through piles of gold coins and gloat.

Possible iChat and Video Chat For iPhone?

RUMORS:

Evidence continues to mount that the next iPhone will feature support for video chats, as multiple references to the feature have been unearthed in the latest iPhone OS 4.0 beta. Inside what appears to be an iChat app for the iPhone, mentions of one-on-one and group video chats were found. It also appears that Apple already has at least three servers set up for the service, although all of them are only accessible through Apple’s intranet. Found elsewhere in the build were references to chat rooms and moderation which 9to5Mac speculates will be put to use in the new Game Center. To be clear, just because something is included in the pre-release software is no guarantee it will ever see the light of day. But, considering the fact that many well informed people have been talking of such a feature for a long time, we’d be willing to wager we’ll see something along the lines of an iChat app with video abilities come June. Where there’s smoke there’s fire, right?

Monday Music

One of my favorite tracks growing up and it's still a banger. Plus I had a crush on shorty on :46 with the stripe shirt and pigtails. I'm in love with that woman(I know this video was years ago) hahaha.
The video was directed by Brett Ratner and also stars Chris Tucker before he became well know in the movie industry.

And you can't forget about The Afros- Feel It

Sunday Funday

My Sunday ended up turning into a very fun relaxing day. The original plan that I was going to go with was to head over to Little Tokyo for the Cherry Blossom Festival, but I ended up picking up my friend Andrew and we went over to Playa Vista to hang out with our friend Liam for a bit because it was he's 28th birthday. That bit ended up turning into the whole afternoon/night of drinking(Peach Basil Sangria & Coconut Mojito's), movies(Total Recall, Starship Troopers, and Robocop), hot dog shaped burgers, and dinner at Cache.

A new batch of sangria with apples, oranges, and strawberries
Can't forget about the "several shots of tequila that were had
Party back at Colin's with Louie the 14th himself

So back on Saturday I ended up sleeping through most of the day.Well it didn't get off work until 7am that morning and the night before that I slept for 2 hours because I'm currently helping a friend out on a commercial. Around 3pm I met up with Moon over at Umami Burger(apparently there are 3 locations that I now know of- thanks for having 2 locations in Hollywood-sarcasm). I ordered the Umami burger and a grape soda. When I ordered the grape soda, the waiter said, "Wow, ok!" Then Moon looks at me and I said, "Hey, I'm trying to fit all the stereotypes in one day." LMAO

Yeah it's good!

Interesting...

I found this lying in the mens restroom at work, I'm not sure what to make of it. Someone is either expecting a kid or just straight up beating off this magazine.
